Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Using data from ClinicalTrials.gov, we found that nearly one in three Canadian clinical trials fail to recruit their intended target sample size. • Privately funded trials were more likely to succeed in recruiting. • Several factors related to clinical trial design were associated with failing to recruit, such as trials with longer follow-up durations and trials without comparators.
