Abstract
En 中文
Fellowship often marks the end of formal education for radiologists. The transitional period between the completion of training and the early stage of independent practice is fraught with unique challenges, such as increased clinical workload; need for improved efficiency; and new teaching, research, or other responsibilities. While practices vary in structure and workflow, many principles are widely applicable to all new fellowship graduates. This guide is written from the perspective of cy and subspecialty training and discusses key factors such as ships, wellness, and a growth mindset that collectively contribute to a smooth and effective transition to independent practice.
