Abstract
En 中文
The Instructed Imagination explores the relationship between art and learning, examining how art guides our attention to generate knowledge. Art is broadly defined here, encompassing creative work from paintings and poems to the writing of art history and philosophy. The essential questions Souffrant explores are ow does art teach us and what does the study and practice of art help us understand or learn.
