• An Ordinary Differential Equation-driven Isogeometric Level Set Method (ODE-ILSM) is developed. • The isogeometric level set method for solving dynamic topology optimization problems is discussed. • Several numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of ODE-ILSM in dynamic topology optimization.
