Abstract

• A theoretical guideline strategy for designing MOF materials based on EDD was proposed. • The electrostatic potential, active site of TC and ligand EDD were calculated by DFT as the quantitative indicators. • The best catalyst Cu-3PDC achieved a tetracycline degradation efficiency of 94.1%.
