Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Transcriptomics showed that HT linked to inflammation, pyroptosis, lipid metabolism. • APOC1 was the top-ranked DEGs in lipid metabolism regulation. • IL-18/NLRP3 genes were upregulated; IL-18, NLRP3, APOC1 proteins were increased. • APOC1 likely mediated TFC pyroptosis via TLR10/MyD88/NF-κB pathway. • Pyroptosis and lipid metabolism are potential therapeutic targets for HT.
