Abstract
En 中文
Therapeutic hotography uses meaningful photographs to promote emotional reactions and significant personal insights. Narrative therapy focuses on the restorative potential of stories. We present a systematic review of the literature about narrative therapy and therapeuticphotography. The PRISMA method was used to search in B-on, Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and Taylor and Francis. Forty-seven papers show the benefits of combined narrative therapy and therapeutic photography. The results suggest improvements in self-expression and self-knowledge, moments of reflection, mental reorganization of painful memories, and reconstruction and development of new meanings. The combination of narratives and photographs can benefit therapeutic monitoring.
