Abstract
En 中文
• A femtosecond laser-induced thermal stress wave-driven regime was revealed. • Deposition behavior of the transferred nanomaterials strongly depends on laser fluence. • Nanoisland jumps within tens of picoseconds and melts on the nanosecond timescale. • Tensile stress generated from compressive stress reflection propels the nanoisland to jump. • Transfer is governed by the directionally propagating stress wave instead of static stress.
