Abstract
En 中文
• Thiocyanate-mediated stabilization strategy advances stable wide-bandgap perovskites. • SCN⁻ lowers surface energy, driving rapid nucleation and (100) plane orientation. • SCN⁻ fills I vacancies, raising migration barrier and suppressing phase segregation. • The optimized perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell achieved an efficiency of 32.4%. • The operational lifetime of tandem cells is extended by four times to T80∼1100 h.
