Abstract
En 中文
Novel multifunctional metal–organic frameworks prepared by encapsulating luminol, hemin, and glucose oxidase within UiO-66 have been employed for the chemiluminescent determination of glucose via a one-step method. Benefitting from the encapsulating cascade catalyst with luminescent reagent in UiO-66, the as-prepared material can be utilized to fabricate practical glucose sensors with a wide response range, a low detection limit, and a short detection time. This promising sensing material is anticipated to have widespread applications in biotechnology and demonstrates significant potential for the green, selective, and sensitive detection of target analytes.
