Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• TiO2∼epoxy nanocomposites were used to fabricate planar POVR spacer cores. • Nanocomposite properties were validated using FESEM, XRD, and spectroscopy. • Resistance modulation was achieved via RGB-LED control and core design. • A comprehensive analytical model was developed relating output resistance of POVR with input voltages. • The analytical model matched experimental results with error < 4% in R–V behavior. • TiO2 nanoparticle concentration and spacer length tuned wide resistance ranges from ∼300 Ω to 60 MΩ. • Devices showed excellent scalability, repeatability, and planar circuit compatibility.
