Major depressive disorder (MDD) exhibits substantial clinical heterogeneity complicating prognosis and treatment. Characterizing MDD subtypes could enhance personalized approaches. We developed a topological data analysis (TDA) framework with graph-based community detection to identify patient subgroups using multimodal data.
