Abstract
En 中文
• Introduction of framework dedicated to in-situ measurement of seismic Impedance Functions for Soil–Structure Interaction characterization. • Measurements rely on rigid-body mechanics, using only as inputs the applied inertial forces and the observed motion of the foundations. • Complementary numerical simulations show coherent and consistent results when using impedance functions from in-situ measurements. • The concept of impedance function measurements applying inertial forces is validated at laboratory scale.
