• First integrated field, petrography, chemistry & FI study of Shabdiz Fe deposit • Magnetite textures and TiVCoNiGa track evolving hydrothermal stages. • Fluid evolution from hot, low-fO2 magmatic to cooler oxidized basinal waters • NaCl- and CaCl2-rich inclusions indicate mixing of basin and magmatic fluids. • New IOCG genetic model for SSZ links redox-T to magnetite/sulfide deposition.
