Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• TBBPA induced oxidative stress (↓SOD/CAT, ↑MDA) and dose-dependent serum lipid elevation in common carp. • TBBPA exposure disrupted lipid metabolism through activation of the AMPK and PPARs signaling pathways. • TBBPA exposure induced lipid droplet accumulation in the liver, especially at high doses (0.5 mg/L). • High-dose TBBPA exposure disrupted lipid metabolic homeostasis through coordinated upregulation of genes governing lipid synthesis, transport, and storage.
