Abstract
En 中文
• Development of a Mixed-Integer Linear Programming formulation for the Transit Network Design and Frequency Setting Problem with elastic demand. • Integration of Discrete Choice Models into the linear programming framework in order to reflect the travellers’ preferences. • Mathematical programming framework with two possible linear traveller assignment models that relate demand with the itineraries’ utilities. • Calibration of a multinomial logit model using data from a Stated Preferences survey that took into account the travel time, waiting time, cost, distance and number of transfers. • Application of the model both to a pre-existent illustrative example and to a real-world case study in Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
