• Liquid-free solid slippery coating is achieved via cross-linked polysiloxane network. • CsxWO₃ enables 86.5 °C de-icing while maintaining >83% transparency. • The coating shows 56.8 kPa ice adhesion and 121 s icing delay at −20 °C. • NIR shielding enables summer thermal management, reducing indoor temperature by 19.9 °C. • Highly durable hybrid structure withstands 1000 abrasion cycles and harsh chemicals.
