Abstract
En 中文
• A triple-targeting artificial EV system (BCNU-FeSeH@EVLF) enhances glioma therapy. • It integrates magnetic guidance, BBB transcytosis, and active tumor targeting. • Synergistic chemo–selenium therapy induces ROS, DNA damage, and apoptosis. • pH-responsive drug release minimizes off-target toxicity in tumors. • The system shows potent anti-glioma efficacy and high biocompatibility.
