Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Regorafenib demonstrates immunomodulatory activity within the osteosarcoma microenvironment. • The hypoxic tumor microenvironment induced by anti-angiogenic therapy, such as regorafenib, might foster immunosuppressive surrounding, thereby offsetting the drug's direct therapeutic benefits. • Reg@CeO2@HA nanoplatform could overcome the limitations of anti-angiogenic monotherapy through normalizing the Tumor Milieu. • Reg@CeO2@HA nanoplatform could coordinate with PD-L1 blockade to reinvigorate cancer immunotherapy.
