Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• In an LPBFed Fe15Cu (wt%) immiscible alloy, the Fe matrix attains an average Cu concentration of ~12 wt%, approaching the equilibrium high-temperature solubility limit of γ-Fe (14 wt%). • Four distinct Cu configurations are revealed in Fe15Cu alloy: intergranular Cu, intragranular Cu nanoparticles (25–140 nm), coherent B2-FeCu phase (2–5 nm) and supersaturated solute Cu in the Fe matrix. • Coherent B2-FeCu ordered phase is identified in the as-built FeCu alloy for the first time, with a lattice misfit of only 0.17% relative to the BCC matrix.
