Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• This study investigates lubricated fretting wear mechanisms under electrification. • ZDDP and NP‑IL additives improved wear resistance by 30–36% under electrification. • Fₜ–D loops reveal persistent mixed stick-slip regime under all fretting conditions. • Electrified fretting scars show severe adhesive, fatigue, cracking, and delamination. • Amorphous carbon from lubricant decomposition forms conductive third-body bridges.
