Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Mincle expression is significantly upregulated in SLE, particularly on circulating intermediate monocytes (CD14⁺CD16⁺), and correlates with elevated serum IgG and κ-light chain levels. • Intermediate monocytes with increased Mincle expression promote Th17 differentiation, linking monocyte activation to pathogenic T cell responses in SLE. • Functional assays in THP-1 and U937 models demonstrate that Mincle facilitates Th1/Th17 polarization, suggesting that Mincle-driven monocyte-T cell interaction contributes to systemic inflammation and SLE progression.
