Abstract
En 中文
• AOD showed a positive association with TMAX in an Amazonian city (r = 0.41, p-val < 0.001). • PM2.5 and BC were positively associated with TMAX (r = 0.20 and 0.27, p-val < 0.001). • BC was associated with enhanced atmospheric heating despite negative surface forcing. • BC rose by +0.18 μgm−3 alongside +1.2 °C increase in TMAX (2003–2024). • Absorbing aerosols may influence urban warming in the Eastern Amazon.
