Utilizing underground mined-out space as geothermal reservoir for water storage: A study on temperature field evolution
DOI:10.1016/j.rineng.2025.108192.png)
Abstract
En 中文
• A method for extracting mine geothermal energy using goaf water storage was proposed. • The saturated state of the surrounding rock facilitates heat conduction. • The reliability of the numerical model for simulating water-storage heat extraction was verified. • Heat transfer efficiency increases with rock fragmentation but decreases with channel length. • Heat transfer efficiency is negatively correlated with channel inclination and width.
