Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Dose-dependent myopia inhibition by VIP is mediated via the scleral Wnt/β-catenin pathway. • VIP down-regulates the aberrantly activated scleral Wnt/β-catenin pathway. • VIP restores the irregular collagen arrangement in myopic sclera. • This study identifies a novel target (VIP) for potential myopia control therapy.
