• Vessel-MAYON integrates 3D-MDC and V-YAF to address small-vessel discontinuities and low vessel-to-tissue contrast in MRA images. • It achieves DSC values of 0.6981 (MIDAS) and 0.8476 (CAS2023), while reducing FLOPs by 46.1% and parameters by 39.5% compared with nnU-Net. • The proposed framework enables accurate and efficient intracranial vessel segmentation using GPU-equipped workstations.
