• Near-facial respiratory proximity (NFRP) behavior is highly prevalent (over 66.0%). • Visible mucus contamination is frequently encountered (83.1%). • Only 27.0% of users associate NFRP behavior with health risks. • Maintaining a vertical distance greater than 21 cm can reduce exposure. • Breathing frequency shows the greatest influence, followed by vertical distance.
