• A weighted path-based allocation model has been built for the PMS-PR, which considers the phase redundancy constraints • An algorithm for calculating the approximate number of phase-level paths in phased-mission systems with phase redundancy is proposed; • A novel heuristic factor based on the weighted approximate number of system paths is provided; • Two TT&C cases are used to illustrate the validity and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
