• We propose a decentralized mixer-based solution to achieve private pay- ments with selective disclosure of data. • A set of conditional disclosers provide payment data to those allowed only, based on unlinkability through a trapdoor function. • The mixer can verify compliance thanks to NI-ZKPs without learning anything about the payment.
