环境微生物基础研究土壤动物鱼类等与微生物之间的互相作用微生物对宿主生长免疫生殖等多方面的影响微生物群落内部的互相作用微生物造成的环境健康风险等环境因素 对微生物群落鱼类植物土壤动物及其互相作用的影响,环境因素可包括污染物营养元素气候变化等研究意义 。生态学和毒理学研究属于基础研究,可以解析生物间物质循环和信息传递的分子机制土壤微生态水生微生态研究微生物对植物鱼类生长过程的影响,为农业生产提供指导微生态系统对污染物抗生素环境评价指标潜在生态风险(即将上市的新材料土壤微生态系统叶际植物微生物组这些微生物会影响植物的营养摄取免疫等功能,从而影响植物的生长生殖过程环境因素(污染物)气候变化对植物与微生物互相作用的影响土壤生态风险评估土壤无脊椎动物肠道微生物组蓝藻细菌真菌病毒微生物可影响鱼类健康环境因素会影响水生生态的稳定性
