Research Directions

内蒙古大学省部共建草原家畜生殖调控与繁育国家重点实验室于 2017 年 9 月获国家科学技术部和内蒙古自治区人民政府联合批准建设,是国家中西部 “ 一省一校 ” 高水平大学建设计划国家和自治区 “ 双一流 ” 和 “ 一流学科 ” 重点建设平台。王炜课题组(牛羊疫病诊断与疫苗工程实验室)成立于 2019 年7 月,课题组主要围绕牛羊等草食家畜重要疫病,开展流行病学病原与宿主互作与调控机制诊断技术研究,开发出安全有效质量可控的基因工程疫苗多联多价疫苗及 抗体药 等。 1 病原生物学研究,针对牛羊重要病毒病,开展病毒株的抗原性组织嗜性传播力致病性研究,揭示病原变异进化的规律及其分子机制。 2病原与宿主互作机制研究,开展病原感染与致病,免疫应答免疫抑制与逃逸的调控机制。 3诊断方法与试剂盒研究,鉴定诊断关键靶标,应用新型材料,开发便携式可视化高通量的新型诊断技术。 4新型高效疫苗及抗体药设计和构建。筛选毒种细胞的关键蛋白,设计构建高效毒种或细胞株,提升疫苗质量。
