Research Directions

实验室将煤炭的转化利用过程与生物技术化学工程先进材料纳米技术热能动力化工过程装备等学科相结合,沿着煤化工过程装置开发褐煤分级转化煤炭清洁化利用和绿色能源及催化材料合成的新思路,在加氢液化褐煤的生物可降解性改进与转化在煤的间接转化方面发展了合成气转化为醇烃的新工艺及所需的催化控制技术反应过程的计算机模拟和新型反应器技术同时,在煤转化过程中的污染物控制如高盐废水的处理(图 2 )与煤相关的新材料设计与制备微孔和介孔纳米材料分子设计与制备及其在环保和贮能中的应用煤为主的能源优化利用和以碳为主的先进材料的化学与工程战略性化工过程装备开发性能测试结构和参数优化设计热超导管排技术余热回收装置设计节能减排技术集成机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发回收了蒸汽潜热,而且提高了热效率褐煤分级转化利用褐煤生物技术高值化利用高值化学品。从原料褐煤界面结构转化微生物出发,对固定碳挥发分褐煤生物技术转化低碳的可控转化,即实现以泥炭褐煤等为原料制备生物甲烷生物氢气乙醇乙酸腐植酸黄腐植酸洁净型煤生物质成型燃料高腐植酸有机肥生物有机肥土壤调理剂等产品的一体化生产新模式,完成清洁燃气褐煤提质转化元素迁移交互影响煤焦性能差异大的现状,研究煤的分子结构自由基“二次反应”和定向转化表面官能团低阶煤分子在热化学反应过程中的机理和动力学产品分布煤炭转化及相关催化剂煤炭清洁固体煤化学技术转换为液体燃料气体燃料氢气催化剂效率低产品选择性差产品中污染物含量高加工深度不够等生产现状,研究共价键断裂硫氮化合物迁移自由基 “ 二次反应 ” 规律新型多效催化剂工艺条件的影响,形成从分子层面控制反应历程新型多效催化剂的开发新工艺的优化创新,实现增加加工深度提高产品选择性提高煤基原料固定碳转化效率,使相关过程所用催化剂技术和工艺达到我国领先水平合成气甲烷化技术高稳定性为目标,通过浸渍法甲烷化催化剂制备甲烷化催化剂甲烷化催化工艺条件优化甲烷化催化反应优化调节乙二醇烯烃煤气化转化和催化剂筛选。针对气化和转化过程中反应温度高煤炭利用不充分灰熔点低合成气含量可控范围小活化的共价键和自由基与气化剂的结合和传递方式研究结构功能型催化剂对气化和转化反应的影响矿物质的催化/抑制作用研究气化和转化反应机理研究中低温高效气化和转化催化剂的开发合成气可控调节,实现中低温催化气化和转化工业生产过程的优化,工艺技术水平达到世界领先水平另外,研究和开发合成气催化转化为烯烃类醇类高效催化剂和催化体系绿色能源及催化材料光解水制氢动力电池必须具备较高的电压比功率复合电极材料锂离子电池高充放电容量长寿命绿色环保的多孔SiOx/C复合锂电池负极材料
