Research Directions

固废利用与高性能陶瓷团队主要从事煤系固废资源化冶金废渣的综合利用碳材料的热防护涂层先进功能陶瓷金属材料热处理机械零部件失效分析燃烧合成技术多孔材料高性能激光薄膜摩擦纳米发电机冶金废渣综合利用废渣处理工艺大宗废渣综合利用铜渣短工艺流程铜铁合金制备耐火砖等建筑材料,实现铜渣利用的高值化无渣化和短流程化铁电材料复合电介质材料击穿分析铁电材料模拟多层储能陶瓷电容器设计储能密度优化高能量密度多层储能陶瓷电容器超宽温度介质陶瓷石墨等,具有低密度高温力学性能碳材料抗氧化涂层难熔金属的抗氧化防护高温抗氧化涂层难熔金属表面新型硅基抗氧化涂层碳化物氧化物等千余种陶瓷金属间化合物及其复合材料研究二硅化钼发热元件制备耐火材料抗高温氧化涂层快速低成本制备纳米金属氧化物方法自蔓延燃烧合成产生大量气体,可获得高比表面积粉体的特点,SCS产物的物相形貌颗粒尺寸比表面积等可以通过燃料种类选择燃料/氧化剂比例溶液燃烧合成光催化材料纳米晶组装的中空多孔微球结构BiOCl纳米片状Bi/BiOCl等单一或复合纳米氧化物粉体微米尺度多孔材料制备热爆反应技术Fe-Al高孔隙率多孔金属间化合物纳米多孔金属低密度高通透性和结构灵活可调等特点,有望在传感催化分离微纳米跨尺度多孔金属材料高比表面积高活性位点结构功能一体化催化剂的设计和制造减轻结构重量热爆连接反应时间短难熔金属陶瓷金属间化合物金属与陶瓷等材料的焊接。 本课题组对热爆反应快速连接异种金属热爆反应工艺参数对产物物相界面结构界面力学性能界面扩散层生长行为接头形成机理加热收缩率和热容都较低,具有较好的化学稳定性,可在酸性环境氧化气氛还原气氛和真空条件下使用。高铝粉煤灰碱浸溶出得到铝酸钠氧化铝长纤维制备多孔莫来石保温材料制备多孔莫来石制备介电损耗低以及良好的加工性能等优点,在高压直流输电脉冲功率技术复合电介质储能纳米复合电介质材料
