You understand and agree that the corresponding logistics delivery entities will inevitably know and use your delivery information for delivery purposes.
To allow us to know and confirm delivery progress and status in a timely manner and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect delivery progress-related information from logistics-related service entities.
(7) Customer service and dispute handling

(9) Providing other additional services
To provide more convenient and higher-quality products and/or services and improve your experience, we may collect, cache, and use your personal information in the following additional services. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of Canyam's basic browsing and search services, but you may be unable to obtain the user experience brought by these additional services. These additional services include:
1. Camera-related additional services: You may use this function after enabling camera permission. Even if you have agreed to enable camera permission, we will only obtain photo information through the camera when you actively click the relevant icon or record video.
2. Reading and writing external storage card services: After enabling storage permission, you may upload photos, pictures, or videos to post comments, share, or provide proof during customer service communication.
3. Reading phone status and identity information: After you enable permission, we collect your IMEI, MSI, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, and Android ID to confirm account security based on your device and implement security risk control.
4. Viewing WLAN connection: Used to view Wi-Fi connection status, ensure network reliability, and prompt users about data usage in high-traffic scenarios.
5. Retrieving running apps: This function allows you to jump to a designated page of a third-party app when browsing Canyam products or services.
6. Album, picture library, video library, external storage, cache, and audio/video publishing services: After enabling album permission, you may upload photos, pictures, or videos to post comments, share, take pictures for shopping, or provide proof during customer service communication. We may identify products or services you need to purchase through uploaded photos or pictures, or use comment information containing uploaded photos or pictures. If you refuse authorization, you cannot use this function, but your normal use of other Canyam functions will not be affected.
7. Microphone voice technology services: After enabling microphone permission, you may use the microphone for voice shopping, customer service contact, or voice interaction with customer service bots. In these functions, we collect your recordings to identify shopping needs or respond to customer service and dispute handling needs. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the client or record video.
8. App installation services: The platform regularly updates the app client. During updates, you may open the app to install and use the new version directly.
9. Obtaining current running task information: When the platform counts app data, it may judge app pages.
10. Keeping the app awake: When you watch videos in this app, the app needs to remain awake.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable location, camera, album, microphone and/or calendar, and external storage permissions on your device to collect and use information covered by these permissions. Enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide the corresponding service. Once you disable a permission, you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer collect or use relevant personal information based on that permission and may be unable to provide the corresponding service. Disabling permission does not affect prior collection and use based on your authorization.
Auto-start or associated-start notice
Push-related: To ensure that the app can normally receive client push broadcast information when closed or running in the background, the app must use auto-start capability. The system may send broadcasts at a certain frequency to wake up this app for auto-start or associated-start behavior, which is necessary to implement functions and services. When you open content push messages, the app will jump to related content after obtaining your express consent. Without your consent, associated start will not occur.
Download-related: When you download files inside the app, such as in-app version update prompts, the app processes HTTP connections according to download status and monitors connection status changes and system restarts to ensure each download task completes smoothly, especially when downloads need to continue in the background after users switch apps, which may involve background process auto-start, and when the download is complete, obtaining the APK file for installation.
Widgets: This app supports desktop widgets. The widget function needs to listen for system broadcast android.appwidget.action.APPWIDGET_UPDATE. This broadcast is used by the system to refresh desktop widgets, and whether to refresh is executed by the system. If you use the desktop widget function of this app, the app must use auto-start capability to wake related widget services, including but not limited to widget data updates, by receiving system broadcasts.

We will only share necessary personal information and it will be bound by the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If we share sensitive personal information or if an affiliate changes the purpose of use or processing of personal information, we will ask for your authorization and consent again.
5. Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide certain services to you or perform functions on our behalf. We will share your information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes stated in this privacy policy. Authorized partners may access only the information necessary to perform their duties and may not use it for any other purpose. For children's personal information, we do not allow partners to subcontract processing.
Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:
(1) Advertising and analytics service partners. We may entrust these partners to process information related to advertising reach and effectiveness, but we do not provide your personal identity information, or we de-identify information so that it cannot identify you personally. These partners may combine such information with other data they lawfully obtain to perform advertising services or decision suggestions entrusted by us and improve advertising reach without identifying you personally.
(2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners that support our business. Basic functions of the encrypted user center
1. Information collected through account registration. When you register an app account with your mobile phone number, the app only collects the phone number you provide and does not obtain information in your contacts. This information is collected to help you complete account registration and corresponding key allocation. If you refuse to provide such information, you cannot successfully register an account or obtain key allocation.
2. Indirectly collected information. To make it easier for you to log in, you may use third-party accounts such as WeChat to log in to this product and other app products and services. To achieve this purpose, we may need to obtain your device identifier, such as IMSI, to correspond to the key allocated to the current device under your account, and obtain and collect your third-party account information, such as nickname and avatar, from third parties to establish the relationship among account, device, and key. The software installation directory is obtained to determine which software to use for sharing encrypted files, and contacts are used to contact official customer service. If personal information processing activities required by business exceed the scope of your authorization to the third party, we will obtain your express consent before processing your personal information. We will also comply with relevant laws and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
3. Account security. To ensure account security, we record the time when you register, log in to, and use accounts in related products and the product name used for login. Account security detection through SMS dynamic verification code or other one-click login authentication is used to facilitate login and obtain encryption keys, and is only used for identity verification and key allocation and does not involve user privacy information.
4. Album, camera, and storage permissions. This app is a tool for encrypting files, photos, and videos, so album and SD card storage permissions are required when encrypting files or photos, and are used to query, create, modify, and delete encrypted files. Without SD card read/write permission, files on the phone cannot be encrypted. The photo encryption function requires camera permission, and without such permission photo encryption cannot be performed.
Collection of SD card data by Tencent TBS browsing service and com.insthub.BeeFramework is used to provide advertising services and user management analysis statistics, so that we can better improve our app.
