个人简介

李瑞涛，1987.05，讲师。2005-2009年就读于西南大学，获学士学位；2012-2015年就读于重庆大学，获硕士学位；2015-2021年就读于重庆大学，获博士学位。学术成果包括：《消失的就业：控股股东质押股票贷款的劳动力市场后果》（《外国经济与管理》）、《证券准入监管与会计政策选择——来自IPO公司研发支出资本化的证据》（《会计研究》）、《多个大股东与审计定价——基于中国家族企业的研究》（《外国经济与管理》）、《“一劳永逸”还是“饮鸩止渴”——基于上市公司高送转的研究》（《管理科学》）、《控股股东股权质押会“诱发”上市公司违规吗?》（《产业经济评论》）、《A survey of reverse mergers in the Chinese stock market》（《China Finance Review International》）、《The impact of artificial intelligence on the labour market: Evidence from China》（《Amfiteatru Economic》）、《Public listing and corporate social responsibility from a sustainability risk management perspective》（《Amfiteatru Economic》）。
