男，汉族，1987年2月出生，河南濮阳人。2016年9月-2019年6月，汕头大学海洋生物学博士。2019年7月-至今，内江师范学院，讲师/副教授。先后为内江市、泸州市、眉山市等县市基层农技人员开展水产科技培训十余次，累计培训600余人次。
