• An integrated framework for flexible robotic palletizing is defined within RoboDK through Python modules. • The framework supports pallet layout generation, robotic process validation and automatic code deployment. • A custom heuristic algorithm is used to generate feasible and efficient bin packing solutions. • The approach is validated on a KUKA robotic platform with online instruction streaming.
