DDPG-Based UAV-RIS Framework for Optimizing Mobility in Future Wireless Communication Networks

超5G(B5G)未来无线通信网络(FWCN)的发展需要创新解决方案来支持高速、可靠和低延迟通信。无人机(UAV)和可重构智能表面(RIS)是具有前景的技术,能够增强城市环境中无线连接性,其中高层建筑阻挡了视距(LoS)链路。然而,现有的UAV辅助通信策略未能完全解决移动性管理、切换失败(HOFs)和路径混乱等关键挑战。本文提出了一种基于深度确定性策略梯度(DDPG)的UAV-RIS框架以克服这些局限性。所提出的框架联合优化UAV轨迹和RIS相位偏移,以提高吞吐量、能量效率(EE)和LoS概率,同时降低中断概率(OP)和HOF。采用改进的K-means聚类算法,考虑新增地面用户(GUs)来有效划分用户区域。基于强化学习(RL)的DDPG算法在连续动作空间中调整UAV定位和RIS配置。仿真结果表明,所提出的方法显著降低了HOF和OP,提高了EE,增强了网络吞吐量,并改善了LoS概率,与仅UAV、仅RIS和无UAV-RIS部署相比。此外,通过根据GUs移动模式动态调整UAV位置和RIS相位偏移,该框架进一步增强了连接性和可靠性。研究结果突显了其通过缓解LoS阻塞和确保密集环境中的不间断连接来改变城市无线通信的潜力。
