本研究探讨了社区旅游（CBT）中的决策制定过程，并提出了一种决策支持系统（DSS）框架，以指导乡村旅游发展。尽管旅游业能带来经济效益并减少不平等，但许多社区在规划中缺乏专家支持。为解决这一问题，作者们对过去十年的研究进行了内容分析，使用了来自Scopus索引来源和Litmap制图工具的研究。采用面向对象的方法来识别CBT中的关键行动者、指标和决策路径。由此产生的概念框架强调了在乡村旅游背景下决策是如何制定和调整的。该模型为通用DSS奠定了基础，为社区提供了一种结构化、可适应的工具，用于战略规划和可持续旅游管理。
