Abstract
En 中文
• These studies contribute modern and practical strategies to the development of more effective antitumor drugs. • This breakthrough has expanded the application prospects of dithiocarbamate compounds. • A series of pyridine-benzamide containing dithiocarbamate moiety derivatives were designed and synthesized. • Compound N16 potently inhibits EZH2 WT and Pfeiffer cell proliferation, showing greater efficacy than Tazemetostat.
