为线性多输入多输出（MIMO）系统设计了一个同质观测器。利用输出预滤波器以提高观测器对测量噪声的鲁棒性。采用此类预滤波器还能简化调谐过程，因为此时观测器增益可通过一个线性矩阵不等式（LMI）进行参数化，该不等式对于可观测系统始终可行。在特定情况下，观测器被证明适用于存在状态和输出有界扰动的场景。理论结果通过数值仿真得到验证。
