In this paper, absolute value memristor is introduced into chaotic systems, and a four-dimensional memristor hyperchaotic system with multistability phenomenon is constructed. An image encryption algorithm combining parallel compressive sensing and double parameter fractal sorting matrix chunk scrambling is proposed. The algorithm preprocesses the image with a separable wavelet transform, and the preprocessed image is scrambled in chunks with a double-parameter fractal sorting matrix. The index matrix obtained from chaotic sequence ordering is utilized to perform a second permutation of the permuted image. The process of image Parallel compression sampling produces N different measurement matrices by means of the selection and control of two one-dimensional chaotic systems. At last, the chaotically generated hybrid sequence is being used to control the forward and backward diffusion of the compressed image. Comparative analysis between the experimental simulation results and the security capabilities of other algorithms demonstrates that the algorithm has a great advantage in terms of computational efficiency and reconstruction performance.
