Manufacturing enterprise digital platform capabilities: structural dimensions and scale development

尽管文献中广泛承认数字平台能力在制造企业中的重要性，但对其测量的关注有限。本研究从中国工业和信息化部2023年认定的50家制造业数字化转型典型案例企业中选取了10家公司作为样本，涉及离散型、流程型和项目型制造企业。采用混合方法，我们探讨了这些制造企业中数字平台能力的结构维度和测量量表。研究发现，数字平台能力是一个多维构念，由四个关键维度构成：技术架构能力、数据集成能力、业务拓展能力和智能应用能力。开发了一个包含15个项目的制造企业数字平台能力测量量表。此外，因子分析结果表明，该量表表现出优异的信度和效度，使其成为评估制造企业数字平台能力的有效工具。研究成果有助于推进数字平台能力领域的理论框架，并为实施旨在提升制造业数字化转型有效性的针对性策略提供有价值的见解。
