Spatial multi-omics integration by cross-modal graph contrastive learning

空间多组学技术的最新进展实现了高分辨率细胞异质性分析并保留了空间背景,为解析组织结构和细胞间通讯提供了前所未有的机会。尽管现有空间转录组学工具在单模态分析中效果显著,但对包括空间转录组、空间蛋白质组及空间表观基因组在内的多组学层级的整合解读仍因模态特异的技术偏差和生物学复杂性而受限。为解决此问题,我们提出CoMo,一种基于图框架的方法,通过交叉注意力机制协同多模态特征学习,并结合邻域感知对比损失实现跨组学特征融合,以及簇感知对比损失实现空间一致的域识别。在五个空间组学数据集上的评估表明,CoMo在空间域识别方面优于当前最优方法。CoMo为多组学研究提供了稳健的计算工具,并通过协同特征学习支持组织特性的全面表征。
