层次化辨识算法（HIE）特别适用于大规模系统辨识，其中代价函数可以分解为可分离的子函数，从而提供结构简单性和降低计算复杂度。然而，由于HIE忽略了子向量间的交叉耦合，收敛性保证尚不完善。为解决此局限性，我们提出了一种变量消去算法（VE），该算法同时实现：(1) 通过系统分解实现降维，以及(2) 显式建模子系统/子向量之间的关系。此外，我们为HIE和VE引入了一种加速优化框架，以提升收敛速率。严格的数学分析表明，VE的收敛因子小于HIE，这意味着其收敛速度具有理论上的更快表现。两个数值算例验证了所提出方法的有效性。
