Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• L. monocytogenes usually contaminates food at very low levels. • ISO reference method for L. monocytogenes enumeration lacks of sensitivity. • 2 more sensitive enumeration methods were compared to the reference method. • Practicability, relative trueness, repeatability and accuracy profile were examined. • Norway NRL protocol successfully enumerated lowly contaminated food.
