Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Sensor with reinforced carbon quantum dot and background fluorophore for Hg2+. • DMSO boosts the quantum yield of thymidine-derived CQDs via surface passivation. • Sensor shows a dual-response mechanism enabling a wide dynamic detection range. • An ultralow detection limit of 0.76 nM achieved for trace Hg2+ analysis. • The sensor was validated in fish and enabled Hg2+ imaging in live zebrafish.
