• A vision-based maritime object detection method with real-time dynamic correction is developed. • The camera pose fusion correction and image denoising and enhancement algorithm are incorporated to obtained better images. • The multi-modal image data fusion detection approach is developed to achieve high accuracy and recall rate. • Detection results demonstrate the superiority of the model in real-time dynamic maritime detection tasks.
