Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• The first MILP model is formulated for MultiType Machine Robot Cell Scheduling (MRCSP) integrating discrete and batch processing machines with realistic constraints. • An adaptive active strategy is proposed enabling feasible schedule conversion from MRCSP encoding. • An improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed featuring problem-specific encoding/decoding and a local search enhanced by a newly proposed disjunctive graph model for MRCSP. • 15.02 % average makespan reduction is achieved in a real-world robot cell producing aluminum components in Southern China.
