Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Adzuki bean was milled into flour and air classified at various classifier settings. • A model deconvolutes flour particle sizes into populations of known composition. • A cut size model quantifies recovered particle sizes based on classifier settings. • The combined models predict component separation during air classification. • Predictions were verified for adzuki bean, faba bean, mung bean and yellow pea.
